Grapefruit Salad with Yogurt and Blackberries

This Grapefruit Salad is perfect for a grab and go healthy breakfast. I know that I feel energized when I start my day with grapefruit.

The Grapefruit adds a touch of tart and sweet. The bright grapefruit flavor pairs well with sweet juicy blackberries. A pinch of salt, a touch of fresh mint and a dollop of vanilla yogurt. . . perfection.

  • Red Grapefruits
  • Fresh Blackberries
  • Mint
  • Sea Salt
  • Vanilla Yogurt

How To Make Grapefruit Salad

  1. Combine grapefruit sections and blackberries. Transfer to serving dish.
  2. Top with mint leaves, sea salt and Greek yogurt.
  3. Stir and Serve.
