My kitchen really is the heart of my home. It is where I make nutritious meals for my daughter and bake sweet treats for loved ones. It is also where I spend way too much time washing dishes.

  4. How much does 1 cup of steamed broccoli weigh when I buy it at produce?

    1. You should be good with half a pound I would think. After trimming the stems, etc. Or, you can use frozen broccoli which makes it a lot easier for measuring 🙂
