White Chocolate Cookies

These cookies come together really quickly. Soft and slightly chewy cookies filled with white chocolate chips are a great addition to any holiday platter.

Ingredients Needed For White Chocolate Cookies (screenshot for grocery list)

  • Unsalted Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • White Sugar
  • Large Egg
  • Vanilla Extract
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Corn starch
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • White Chocolate Chips

How To Make Homemade Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix.
  3. Add flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt and continue mixing until mixture becomes a thick cookie dough.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 2+ hours (preferably overnight).
  6. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  7. Use large scoop to portion out dough. Flatten rounds slightly then place on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 11-12 minutes. Remove from oven and leave cookies on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
  9. Makes approximately 15 cookies.
