White Chocolate Microwave Fudge

I can’t remember the last time I made fudge on the stovetop. I am all about quick and easy. It doesn’t get much easier that microwave fudge.

While standard chocolate fudge is always a crowd favorite, sometimes it’s nice to change it up. This Microwave Vanilla Fudge adds some variety to your holiday platter without going too crazy. It is simple with just 3 ingredients.

Now because this is made with just 3 ingredients using quality ingredients is important. Also using different ingredients can change the fudge consistency and ability to set. I use Nestle White Morsels, Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk and of course, Rodelle Vanilla Paste.

Vanilla paste is my go-to for sweets. It has rich vanilla flavor and gorgeous vanilla bean flecks. You can use vanilla extract instead if you prefer. But I very much recommend using Rodelle Vanilla Paste if you can. You can check Where To Buy Rodelle Vanilla Paste HERE.

Tips For Making Microwave Fudge

Have all ingredients open and ready to add. Prep pan before beginning. This is an extremely quick process. Any delays and the fudge could begin to thicken while still in the bowl.

To achieve the vanilla flecks on top of the fudge, pour into pan then let set a couple minutes. Once fudge begins to firm smear small amounts of vanilla paste over the top.

The ingredients you use can affect the fudge consistency and ability to set. I use Nestle White Morsels, Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk and Rodelle Vanilla Paste.
