Low Carb Chili Without Beans – Texas Chili

Texas style meat chili is naturally low carb. Ground beef, onion and pepper in a thick tomato sauce. This chili is satisfying and rich in flavor.

Don’t forget the toppings. Luckily all of my favorite toppings are low carb as well. . .sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro, avocado and lime.

Is Chili Ok On Keto?

Yes, no-bean chili can fit into a Keto lifestyle. This chili recipe is heavy on the tomatoes bringing up the carb amount. The carbs can be decreased by using only half an onion and swapping the tomato sauce for more beef broth.
