I love cheesecake!  Would you believe that I have NEVER made a cheesecake!?!  It’s True.

Cheesecake has always been my Mom’s specialty.  So, I have never had a reason to make my own.  I’ve been spoiled with the lemony baked cheesecakes that my Mom makes!

I made my own cheesecake creation with my favorite Lemon-Blueberry combo in a simple and tasty dip!

This is more like a lazy girl’s cheesecake.  No baking, no slicing, no fuss.

  1. Can this be made a night before and stuck in the fridge for 24 hours without it rotting?

    1. Absolutely! I liked it better the next day because the lemon flavor became more pronounced. Enjoy!

  2. I was wondering since fresh blueberries r like about $6.oo for 1/2 pint – then cod I use frozen blueberries ?

    1. Frozen may work. If you decide to give it a try, I suggest thawing then squeezing out the excess liquid so the dip does not get too juicy.

  3. Hey, do you think this would turn out ok with lime instead of lemon? I have all the ingredients except lemon.
