Deconstructed Egg Roll – Keto

This low carb dinner recipe is great because it comes together in about 20 minutes with just five ingredients. Plus, we are using already shredded cabbage to make this meal even easier to prepare.

You can make the basic recipe or add as many extras as you want. I personally like to add extra spicy ingredients.

  • Ground Beef
  • Tri Colored Coleslaw Blend
  • Garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sriracha, Chili Paste or Grated Ginger
  • Green Onions
  • Sesame Seeds

How To Make Egg Roll In A Bowl

  1. Cook ground beef in large pot over medium heat until almost browned. Drain if needed.
  2. Add coleslaw blend and garlic. Cook 3-5 minutes to wilt cabbage.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Cook 3-5 more minutes.
  4. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

How To Make This Egg Roll Bowl Whole 30

The only change needed to make this Whole 30 compliant is to swap coconut aminos for the soy sauce.

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 14 ounce bag Tri Colored Coleslaw Blend
  • 1 Garlic Clove - grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha, Chili Paste OR Grated Ginger*
  • Sliced Green Onions
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

    1. Cook ground beef in large pot over medium heat until almost browned. Drain if needed.
