  • Cream Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic Powder
  • Chili Powder
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Bacon
  • Jalapeno
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

How To Make Jalapeño Popper Chicken Salad

  1. Cook chicken using preferred method. I usually poach chicken for chicken salad (simmer in water 15-20 minutes). Chop and set aside.
  2. Prep bacon and chop jalapeno.
  3. Combine chicken, cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in chopped bacon, jalapeños and shredded cheddar.
  5. Serve cold.

  • 2.5 Lbs Chicken Breast - cooked & chopped
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese - softened
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Pinch Salt/Pepper
  • 4 Slices Cooked Bacon - chopped
  • 1 Large Jalapeno - seeded & chopped
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
