Garlic Bread is a super easy side dish for dinner that everyone will love. Just a few simple ingredients and steps to make this ultra garlicky bread.

This garlic bread is great with most any meals or alongside a light salad.

  • French Bread Loaf
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Garlic
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Shredded Mozzarella

How Do You Make Garlic Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Slice bread loaf in half, lengthwise. Place bread on greased baking sheet.
  3. Mix butter, garlic, Italian season, salt, pepper and parsley. Spread mixture evenly over bread. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes then broil on high 2-3 minutes. (If you prefer softer garlic bread, wrap in foil)
  5. Slice and serve.

  • 5 Garlic Cloves - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Pinch Salt/Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
