When you’re craving a burger with bold flavor and a little heat, Chipotle Cheeseburgers deliver big. The magic lies in the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. These smoked and dried jalapeños, preserved in a tangy, spicy tomato-vinegar sauce, give burgers a deep, smoky flavor and satisfying heat.
Recipe Tips For Success:
-
Control the heat: Use more or fewer chipotles depending on your spice tolerance.
-
Rest after cooking: Let burgers sit for 2–3 minutes before assembling so juices redistribute.
-
Avoid dry patties: Use ground beef with at least 20% fat for juicy results.
- Turkey Chipotle Burgers: Substitute lean ground turkey for a lighter option.
