These are a fun, sweet, creamy, buttery shot that is great for anyone that enjoys butterscotch flavor.

Not only do they taste fantastic, serving this separated shot with the Baileys floating on top is a sure show-stopper.

TIPS:

• Do not hold the spoon too high above the top of the shot glass or it will mix the ingredients.
• The ingredients will look like they’re mixing just a bit, this is normal. If you give it just a few minutes it tends to separate again as long as the ingredients aren’t overly mixed.
• The traditional way to make a buttery nipple is without mixing the ingredients. However, you can serve it with the alcohol mixed together.

Ingredients

• 1 ½ Ounces Butterscotch Schnapps
• ½ Ounce Baileys

Instructions

1. Pour Butterscotch Schnapps into shot glass.
2. Holding the spoon over the shot glass, bottom up, pour the Baileys gently and slowly over the spoon into the shot glass. (see photo example)
