How To Make The Beer Infused Ground Beef

  1. In cast iron or fry pan, sauté onion in oil over medium/high heat until light golden.
  2. Add beef. Brown and crumble. Drain oil if necessary then return to pan. Reduce heat to medium.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix beer and cornstarch. Pour mixture into meat. Stir.
  5. Cook 2-3 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is no longer liquid. Salt and pepper to taste.
